PHF offers a temporary home to help ex offenders to get back on their feet.
Ex-offenders especially women often do not have a home to go back to after serving their sentence, this is due to many factors i.e discrimination, inability to afford a home, and fear of going back to their homes among other factors. Under the home project, we give them a place to call home temporarily where we enable them to attain various skills, and counselling services and build their confidence to face their communities. We currently have one halfway home but the goal is to open up as many homes as we can in the various districts across Uganda to help the many ex-offenders in need of a home.
Your donation will help Pacem Havens Foundation operations at the halfway home, with your donation we will be able to serve the growing number of ex-offenders that need shelter all over Uganda.
